What does the Spring and Summer months mean to you? Vaction time, spring cleaning, Garage Sales? Whatever cool agenda you are experiencing this fall and winter, you better believe your skin is going through the same thing! "Since the sun is further from the earth during the Spring and Summer months. This makes the sun trays even worse for your skin so is best to still use your sunscreen before you head out for the day." How can you tell that your skin is dried out or dehydrated?

Step 1: do a finger on skin test. Move your finger up or down your skin if you see a white line your skin is dehydrated.

Step 2. Does your skin hurt? You may have rosacea or Eczema if you have a lot of rosy cheeks it just may not be because you love to smile! Use moisturizers to help. Always consult your doctor before trying any Alternative Health Products. Never neglect your body. Your body feels the same way you do. Always When you feel depressed your body feels the same way. Magical Leg-Shaving Lotion


3 Ounce coco butter

1 ounce plain yogurt

1 Ounce Honey

1/2 ounce lemon or Lime Juice

3 Tablespoons glycerin

4 drops of violet or rose oil

1 drop rosemary oil

Use an electric mixer to blend. Place mixer in an 8 ounce jar with a snug lid. Refrigeration not recommened for shaving lotions. Shave with slow, deliberate strokes.
