Leadership is critical in team building

I often state that having a job would be very inconvenient it wouldn't fit in with my lifestyle, I have just had my 49th birthday and I must say that life has never been so good .What I mean by this is quite simple I have my life in order .The number one headache that most people have is the money problem, more month than money.That's what this article is all about , this is what you need to do to get your life under control.
The first part is to let go for a few days and dream about what you actually want ,until you decide and discover what you are looking for you cannot start, I have known many people who never get to this stage and you can not want it more for them than they want it for themselves .You need to really want and I really mean this, if you don't eat breath and sleep your dreams or you will never reach your goals.
Leadership is critical if you want to get out of the rat race and enjoy life. You need leadership to take control of your own life first this is the hardest part of the process it takes a lot of courage to take back your life and start leading yourself onto a new course self control is critical ,one needs to take total control of ones destiny at this point.
You then need to identify a vehicle that will deliver your dreams.This can be very difficult there is a lot of stuff out there. You need to find a real life success story and only get involved with key people who can demonstrate a sound vehicle.( I Could write a whole book in this area alone).
I left school at 16 and have always worked for my self ,I have been totally self driven and for over 19 years it was me and my wife, we put everything on the line for our young family . Loan rangers employing people and running a small business. This was where I learnt all the people skills that one needs to survive in small business.
The big problem was we had not figured how to make a good solid residual income.We had even emigrated from the UK to Canada but soon fell into the same trap .
I was introduced to home based business in November 94 and saw the concept straight away, I had instant success and this was well before we had the internet.
In under 2 months I was making $3000/$4000 monthly but nobody else in the team was having the same success and it was a further 12 months before the penny dropped .
When this part of the puzzle fell into place everything changed ,It wasn't about me anymore it was about the people who I had introduced this was a major development .I soon realized helping other people reach their goals was the key. If I could help them,I would automatically reach mine .
I just hope that you can learn this lesson at a early stage .I must caution you, we loose a lot of very good and talented people at this stage.
That's what this article is all about its not about me its about you.You will need to find two/three/ four people in your chosen business and teach and train your business model to them using the same simple duplication system that will come with your business , make sure these people do not reinvent the wheel (this is critical) you will then start to see the team build and this is where leadership develops ,people are not born leaders .
Leader's develop through working with people developing credibility and leading with total conviction and vision , as your team grows you will become the person that new team members will aspire to and leadership will be rightfully yours
One last tip apply KIS "keep it simple" at all stages of your business development high (tech low cheque) I wish you all the success you deserve Paul Smith
